We’ve been hard at work at Podseeker, and I’m thrilled to introduce our latest features that make it easier than ever to get your clients booked on podcasts. Let’s jump right in!
1. Contact Information with Context

We understand that accurate, up-to-date contact information is critical for PR pros pitching podcasts. To help you save time and pitch effectively, we’ve added an All Contacts section to each podcast page:
- Comprehensive Sources
We gather contact details straight from the podcast’s website, contact page, social profiles, and RSS feed. This ensures you always have the most current data, with each source clearly labeled so you know exactly where the information came from. - Contextual Details
We include the context behind each email address—so you know which one to use and how to tailor your pitch. And if a host prefers a contact form, we’ll point you to it, making sure you’re reaching out exactly how they want. - Continuously Updated
Unlike other tools that rely solely on RSS feeds (which often go stale), we constantly refresh our database directly from the podcast’s own website. You can trust that you’re always working with the latest, most accurate information.
All of these details are presented in a clear, digestible format on both the Search page and individual Podcast pages. With Podseeker, you can now quickly find the right contacts, tailor your pitch accordingly, and save countless hours on research and preparation.
2. Sort Search Results by Audience Size, Latest Episodes, YouTube Subscribers, and Instagram Followers

We know your ultimate goal is to get clients booked on the right podcasts, so we’ve given you more flexibility in how you sort your search results. In addition to our default “Top Picks” ranking—which factors in a podcast’s popularity, guest activity, recency, and relevance—you can now organize results by:
- Audience Size
- Episode Recency
- YouTube Subscribers
- Instagram Followers
These new sorting options help you prioritize outreach based on the metrics that matter most to your clients. By quickly narrowing down the shows that align with their audience and social reach, you can save valuable time and focus on crafting targeted pitches—helping you land more podcast placements, faster.
3. YouTube & Instagram Integration

Social media presence can be a key indicator of a podcast’s reach and engagement—especially for video podcasts on YouTube and shows active on Instagram. Now, right from your search results, you’ll see each podcast’s YouTube subscriber count and Instagram follower count. This gives you an at-a-glance view of whether a show meets your client’s goals, saving you time in the discovery process and helping you focus on booking the most relevant interviews. On each podcast’s detail page, we provide in-depth social insights, including:
- YouTube: Channel description, links, total views, subscriber count, and more
- Instagram: Follower count, bio, post frequency, and additional links
By having these direct links and social stats at your fingertips, you can:
- Quickly do further research and confirm a show’s relevance for your clients
- Reach out with DMs to start building a relationship, rather than sending a cold email
- Conduct a “vibe check” to ensure the show’s style and audience align with your client’s brand
All of this is designed to help you save time and increase bookings—giving you the insights you need to pitch the right podcasts and build stronger connections.
4. Recent Hosts, Guests & Topics

We’ve added a Recent Hosts, Guests, and Topics section on each podcast’s page to give you a quick snapshot of what the show has been covering. This helps you decide at a glance whether your client would be a good fit:
- Recent Topics
Get a feel for the podcast’s current focus and make sure your pitch aligns with timely content. For example, if a show is currently discussing tax season strategies and your client is an expert in real estate tax benefits, you’ll know it’s the perfect angle. But if the window for that topic has passed, you can adjust your approach or look for a more relevant show. - Recent Guests
See who’s been featured lately to gauge the podcast’s style and typical guest profile. Each guest listing includes a short summary of what they’re known for, so you can quickly assess whether your client would fit in well—saving you time on research.
By offering these insights up front, we help you craft more tailored, timely pitches that resonate with podcast hosts—getting you one step closer to achieving your main goal: landing more bookings for your clients.
Get More Podcast Bookings by Finding Guest-Seeking Shows in Your Niche
At Podseeker, our goal remains the same: empower PR pros to discover the best podcast opportunities and secure more bookings for their clients.
We hope you’re as excited about these updates as we are—they’re all designed to save you time, provide richer insights, and help you land more interviews.
